COVID 19 – Coronavirus 3D Render

Right now.
In April of 2020. This is the main thing everyone in the World is thinking about.
It’s something we fear. A big unknown. And most of all, a very real, very close threat for us.
Who knows, maybe I will look back on this post and smile, thinking of how scared we were, but most of all thankful to God, that we made it through.
Maybe there will be a vaccine by then or at least an effective treatment.
For now, we just want to know what will happen a month from now. If life will ever go back to “normal”.
So… I decided to create a 3D version of it. I don’t know exactly why. Maybe to feel I had some control over it in a way?
Anyway. This was made in 3ds Max, rendered with Vray. I used a modified physical material to simulate an Electron Microscope render, which is something I have always wanted to do (since I’m a macro photography geek).
